Speed Texturing Competition 2: 012: Outhouse

As always, the winner of the Speed Modeling Competition is awarded the opportunity to contribute their model for the Speed Texturing Competition! Use your imagination and bring this outhouse to life

The Outhouse topic was a member-suggestion. We pick topics directly from our community, so if you have an idea for something cool to model, post it HERE.

Everyone feel free to post your WIPs here in this thread.
Also, feel free to share reference links and other useful information with your fellow artists.

These comps are not just about fame and glory, but also about progressing as an artist while networking in a friendly competitive setting.

At any rate, have fun and try something new!

I haven't done any sort of 3D in over a year, but this model looks fun! I'll give it a try!

Thanks!

In the briefing, it says we have two weeks to complete our entry, however it also says that the deadline is the 19th. Which is correct?

That was a little typo. The challenge will last two weeks, with the proper deadline being August 26th. I've edited the brief with the correction.

Sorry about that! I exported it as FBX 2013 format. Thanks, Polygoblin for converting it.

I'm not sure if we're supposed to just take a printscreen of the textured model or render it, and if we're supposed to light the scene. In any case, here is my WIP. Let me know what you think!

Also, I dunno if we're supposed to credit aeonbluestar everytime we post an update, so here goes, just in case: model, unwrap and hi poly bakes by aeonbluestar
