Try plugging in a texture with the yellow green lights and black everywhere else into the incandescence node. I am not clear as to how it will look in real-time viewport.

Well my entry. Not too disappointed about the result. Not enough time completing it though.
For some reason the specular is barely noticeable using marmoset compared to max, not sure why but I think it's the lighting. I've tried altering the values but it doesn't do much, just over do it. ![]() Maps VVVThanks AesonVVV Last edited by Acid; 20-06-2009 at 01:23 AM. |

@Acid: Click the "Insert Link" icon (the one with the Earth and chain) and put in your image address there. so for your maps id put
"http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3645/3643135032_4eeae89e92_b.jpg" then this would show up: URL="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3645/3643135032_4eeae89e92_b.jpg"] http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3645/3643135032_4eeae89e92_b.jpg[/URL and to change the name of the link, for example "Maps" instead of the url change the address after the quotes to "Maps" or whatever you want to name it. it would look like this URL="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3645/3643135032_4eeae89e92_b.jpg"] Maps[/URL |

Hi all, here is my entry.
![]() Tiled texture MAPS at 50% I started of with creation of model that I baked the normal from. I also used ambient occlusion map. That took about 40 mins in max. The rest of the time was spent in photoshop layering different maps, and colours and painting some scratches. I also got a chance to create my very first pattern that can be seen in the upper part of the wall. |
