With this stil being a relatively new comp, here is a few answers to some questions you may be thinking about (same as the previous speed sculpting comp):
  • Finding refrence does NOT count towards the modelling/sculpting time.
  • You may create a basic base mesh, however this will count towards your modelling time.
  • You can use Zsphere.
  • You may use any program to do the modelling and/or sculpting.
  • You may do multiple entries if you want. However for the voting, each sculpt/model will be entered seprately, they will NOT be added together.
  • You may use as many subtools as you wish (or the equivalant)

If I think of more i'll add them.

guys is it possible to stick the current competition on top of the other threads in the Game Artist Mini Competition forum page?
Cause I find kind of difficult to check wich competition is actually going on if someone post on an old on & bring it on top of the page & the current one go down..

Torch: looks solid, they only bit of crit I could give you is maybe the fingers are a little over refined on the outside of the hand (but to get it out for a normal map/games sculpting, may need to be that defined).

Hey Skwiggles - Thanks for the feedback, yeah I was going for more of an aged older person arm with wrinkles, but spent more time on the hand I'll keep that in mind though, cheers!
