For me it was a close call between Zanrok and sideshowbob, but eventually I've chosen to vote for Zanrok, since the amount of tris used is so much less then ssb's.

Voted for Zanrok for all the nice things he put in -- The bricks showing out of the cement must have not been an easy task, as he cut off the cement instead of simply breaking to a brick area.

I was going to vote for sideshowbob but I noticed that all the nice details he has -- the windows, the planks on the floor and the tubes showing from the ground were all made thru cloning.
But the main reason I didn't vote for sideshowbob was the walls/floor that fell on the ground floor: They are ripped off the main building but the pieces themselves are intact as if they were made yesterday. Also the floors' pavement is nowhere to be seen. There should be planks laying around the place.

it was a hard decision i like arkanons sideshowbob and zanrok.

in the end i voted for arkanon because I like that the damage on the overall building and it wasn't confined, it's believable damage and the boarded up windows, it's realistic to be abandoned and have people damaged the windows. very believable. has a good level of detail on the rest. possibly changing the shape/size of the holes in the window would have added more.

I like sideshowbobs it has detailed damage where the floor has broken off, very creative, but the rest of the building is completely intact and i agree with fabiodan that the floor that the pieces of floor themselves are intact and there is no debris and i wonder what could damage it to destroy it in that way.

Zanroks is great the way that you get the sense of damage to the building inside and out, the extra detail of the bricks around the external damage, the little bits of extra damage add to the effect but the way the floor is poking up in the corners makes no sense to me. There is a large piece of cement in the top level that i thought might be stairs? but theres no level above and no damage above it to be a fallen section.

awesome work very inspiring.
