depends on the type of hand you do, I mean you could do a hand for a game which won't look fancy but i'm sure that it's not how good the model looks, it's how clean it is as well.
So provided you don't just do a quick smoothed hand, you'll probably do alright. Does it have to be specifically a human hand ? |

Hi, I already did my first entry, perhaps I will do another one
![]() I wanted to create my base mesh then import it in Mudbox or Zbrush but I didn't have the time... It's already hard to get a nice base shape for me ![]() As I told you I expected to add stiches and etc thanks ZBrush to the glove but didn't have the time unfortunately... Perhaps I'll do a second entry, don't know. My workflow was very simple, I started with a box and bended it, I added some segments to the height of the boxe, for each finger in fact and same with the inch. Then I created one finger and duplicated that one several times to create my hand. At the end I selected the polies I need to extrude my glove and added some inset, finally I added a turbosmooth modifier. ![]()
