The Gym: Men's Gym Shoes - Free Shipping Both Ways & 365-Day Return Policy basically you select the shoe that you want and then you press to see the larger pictures, and a popup open with the shoe from all views. perfect to be used as blueprints. here's mine,
![]() Basically, took a box, made it wedge shaped, put on nurbs smooth and changed the smoothing groups so it smoothed how I wanted. Then --> edit poly and edited it some more. Laces made with splines, blade itself made with a spline. Spikes were extruded polys collapsed into a point. (sorry for animating it if I wasnt supposed to, just my animation window was open in PS from something else I was working on so I though.. why not? ) |

![]() ![]() Well i created a profile for the shoe using the create polygon tool. Then i started adding edges and moving them out to create the shoeform. Then i just move verts til the time was up. The overflow at the top was made by extruding and rotating the edge. The strap around the foot was made from a cylinder and the edges extruded for the full form.

High Mountain Footwear
Hello,
This is my entry for the Footwear theme. Its a High Mountain Boot for ice climbing, with crampons included. Unfortunatelly time run out and I didn't get to finish. Still, it is very close to what I wanted. Started with a box. Continued with Cut Face tool, Extrudes, Split poligon tool. For the rounded metal parts, I created a curve, and then extruded a 5 side poligon through its path. Hope you people like it. Nik. ![]() |

nikuskwas: Nice job. Personally I think the little belts would be a normalmap job, but like it isn't allowed you did well. Maybe you can bake this one to a normal and delete the extra geometry to reduce the polycount!
Atius: Something seems to be wrong at the tip. The rubber doesn't smooth well. Fleshen: Very nice (no remarks, maybe just a better render instead of a ss) Addi: Job job too, but like I said to nikuskwas, details are better for normal. |
