Thats not really a skyscraper is it? there are no rooms so i t looks more like a monument or something..

Good looking entries so far

One thing though. don't go to far with the "not-realy-like-a-building-looking-skyscrapers". breakboy87 is still more or less ok, it has some architectural influences in it. But Nazul, let's be honest about it, the link with a skyscraper and what you posted is almost not existing...

Here is my efforts.



and wireframe


Workflow: I started with poly cubes for 4 of the buildings. Basically I move to an ortho view and started placing quick cuts using Cut Faces. Then I extruded faces and started sculpting. I tried to make each one a little different than the last. I use Shift + D for duplicate objects any chance I get. The other two buildings were made with a drawn curve >> make planar >> convert to poly >> extrude Upwards. They are more organic and was easier to do it this way.

wasn't supposed to end up like this but my 1st effort did not become what I wanted it to be. Dunno how I came up with building blocks.. added the G and A for a small push in the right direction instead of some random letters

edit: ok, I love the jetsons ^^
cylinders, tubes , bridges.. oh and a hemisphere, there is one building for one family... now that's cool
