Nice job Vamediah
Love the keyboard and the speakers. The rest is very detailed as well but those really stand out. No crits ![]()

Yes... it was a little harder then the comps we usually have
But it looks like you managed to make something very nice again Sweet rig. What's the tricount on this? Looks low... but also very detailed. Nice work!

Thanks, I think I could have done better though, but.. ah well.
The Tricount is 5000 triangles sharp ![]() It's only gone through a rough optimization though, could have spared some wasted pollies at some places. But, it's alright by me ![]() /edit: A lot of tris have been spent on rounded corners for the buttons ofthe keyboard. Sems it's not quite visale from the distance though.

My first entry
This is not my main Rig, I modeled the PC I built (out of spare parts) for use at the woman's house. Pretty much all box's and extruding for my modeling method, just took a step back and looked at the desk and PC as needed. few things I wanted to add but didn't make it in time to add a little character to the desk but o well. this was a lot of fun and I plan to do more competitions ![]() ![]() |

Welcome to the competition Danked. I like the rig you have there. All the parts have a lot of detail and everything looks to nave good proportions... maybe the mouse is a little small... but I've seen smaller ones

Here goes! I Was kinda scared to participate because i thought my max skill was too low for this, but I was surprised to find out I'm not so bad after all! Learned much in these 87 minutes, but had to rush the ATX a bit because i was running out of time.
details: Display -> extruded box, base made likewise Table -> just placed some thin boxes to form a structure and then deleted the unseen faces Mouse -> extrusion of a shaped plane, wheel is a chamfered cylinder keyboard -> the keys are the extrusion of a sliced and cut plane, and the base is a box, chamfered in the sides ATX Box -> extruded box, and the drive slots are an array of boxes shaped out a bit. didn't make cd drive, FDD drive, leds nor buttons because time was almost up. ![]() ![]() Last edited by fabiodan; 07-07-2007 at 12:38 PM. Reason: forgot wireframe and main render had wrong resolution |

That's not bad at all, especially for someone that though he wasn't good enough for this
You managed to add a lot of detail into the keyboard, nice job!
