Some amazing models this time too. People here are skilled
![]() I knew that I was going to vote for Alchemist101 the first time I saw the model but somehow, looking now at all the models I feel he has some real competition. Some of my favorites are weasel.acuh5o's model. Very close to the original ref he posted, very good use of tris, lowpoly as I like it too. It doesn't really matter to me because it kinda looks simple... it's good model and it's exactly what this comp is about. Quality in a short amount of time... not quantity warape has a very nice model too. A lot of extra details where you would expect to see them. He captured what he wanted it that simple model... I like that. Jhon Lee's model goes very well with yours... so same comments ![]() tkaza made a very nice one too. For only 60 min you really made an impressive entry. Now... another one of my favorites... and the one I voted for is Zeinthar's. I'm really sorry he couldn't keep the small details he added after those 60min... but without those it still is a nice tent. Why vote for this one and not the other mentioned? Well... I like simple models that have a lot of personality... and this one has a lot of it You got my vote ![]() Sorry I didn't mention everyone... you all had good entries. Just remember that you get better every time you practice, even if it's for just 60minutes ![]()

I think that's a default material in ZBrush3... so I'd say it's fair

![]() I really struggled with figuring out which one I liked the best. For me, there were 3 entries that stood above the rest in all aspects of the competition. Alchemist - Just look at it. It's just awesome. tkaza - I like the efficiency of hs models, and it's a cool idea for something that really could be used in-game. Zeinthar - To me, this one has the best surface quality (it actually looks like it's made from material) without the need to throw a subdivisional sculpting application at it. ![]() I think tkaza and Zeinthar have really competitive entries, but I have to vote Alchemist, as much as I hate to give him any credit whatsoever, seeing as his is just on another level, technically and visually. Well done to everyone that took part. Very good stuff indeed ![]() G
