I like your guillotine, I would enjoy modeling something like that too. But having a torture devices comp might be too much, I never liked the saw movies anyway

Thats the beauty of creativity. Torture can be a such a wide variety of things, like I have tickleish feet, so torture for me could be someone with a feather tickeling my feet. Torture could be having to listen to Brian Adams for 7 hrs straight lol.

Torture does not have to be a dungeon piece at all.

i definately think that torture is a great idea for a speed modeling competition. and the violence would be in peoples heads, its not like it will be visually gory or violent, just very suggestive

ragupasta brings up a great point to.

I moved the discussion here, let's keep the Halloween thread for the comp
If you think it's a good idea maybe we'll have a torture device comp What made me avoid it were the results I got on Google after doing a little search... it's scary... considering that at some point those were used on people

ya you might want to change the name at least so young people dont search up disturbing things.

I didnt think of torture devices as those sort of things once i heard it i thought about the movie saw and really screwed up things hehe.

yeah there are lots of very very intense torturing devices out there, but there are also allot of the more cartoony ones and the ones you'd see in videogames like dungeon keeper. its got allot of range of the disturbance scale. and i don't think that the worst torture machines out there should make this any less of a choice for the next speed modeling competition, because there are lots of good tame choices as well.

What about non-violent torture devices?
