Now thats more like it! You do have some smoothing errors here and there.

Well, recently saw the LOTR trilogy, so figured I join this one and model the flail the ringwraith king dude waves around towards the end when Theoden gets killed

Barely made it in time, and could use some tweaks, and there's stuff I couldn't add or I'd have passed the limit.

I'm not sure how kite did it, but I'm using this method:

Sorry if it's a bit messy, but I'm a bit tired and was just about to watch a movie here. And this is afterall the speed texturing forum, not a tutorial thread. But I could do a more elaborate one in the support forum in case anyone's interested

Here is my entry. Decided to do a traditional rapier, based off of my rapier blade and guard. Poly and tri count are much higher than I normally do, but since this is a modeling challenge I figured the nice smoothness would be nicer then a low poly look.
Any critiques are welcome.

i made my chain from a 6 sided taurus, but my pathdeform failed, it was going to be all flowing and sexy.
Gephoria- the buster sword has some mad smoothing errors, and did you boolean the holes in because its triangulating all funky,
do this for holes

hope this helps, other than that it looks great XD
