Here are some organic stuff for a game project.
Everything is done in Zbrush. Really easy stuff, especially now with dynamesh(its dah bomb(seriously)). The zbrush mesh is after modelling decimated down and then reduced even more in Softimage and then touched up in Maya and back into Zbrush for UV and then back into maya for adjustments of uv. Then I bake out the zbrush polypaint and all maps in xnormal. Last thing before importing to udk and setting up materials is fixing the maps in maya, chaing things I dont like and so on and ofc combining ao, convexmap and edgemaps. Its a really quick process and I enjoy it. |

Aaaaaaaaand I have also spent some time on a project I am really excited about.
A classmate had drawn a cool concept for a mech and needed someone to model it. Se here is a first wip, the model really need atleast 2-3 days more work before actually looking anything close to the concept. ![]() Last edited by konraden; 11-02-2012 at 06:12 PM. |
