Very nice work.

At some point when our game gets further along, we will be looking to do some parrallel storyline material using an online graphic novel. Your illustration style is exactly what I have in mind for that.

Various sketches, airport, streets, random stuff, some old master sketches, bridgeman, trying quite a bit of pen stuff, it's good not have a rubber sometimes, or sketchlines etc.

Started daily Gestures this week! Gotta get back into this stuff - varying times... 30sec up to 5min.

Random unfinished sketches

Study I worked on in a couple Crimson Dagger stream, dwarf from the Hobbit - love those designs!

K lets see,

Well I'm calling this done, don't like it much! The lack of colour is intentional.. was going for a sherlock holmes feels, didnt get it tho lol.

Couple o studies, a Thomas Moran & NC Wyeth, and some dumb landscape from memory

Couple of commissions i did about a year a go

Thought I'd add colour to an old drawing, experiment really with something different, eh why not ayyyy.

Some drawings, been watching the Dave Finch figure DVD, tbh I find the comic approach a bit easier and then add details like muscles on gesture, well cos whenever I study muscles I forget them.

These are just some drawings from comics and some imagination

This is just imagination farts - I'm starting to think about creating a little world, I thought about my favourite things, like ghost in the shell, blade runner and akira type stuff. This is just meaningless doodles, but I want a cyberpunk feel with a slightly mystical thing going on, a bit like serial experiments Lain. I suck total ass at thinking of interesting ideas though so I think I'll ask a friend to help develop it in to something tangible!

This is some of the scanned stuff overlayed in photoshop just for fun really hehe. Bit like painting in numbers or colouring in a book as a kid, good fun! I want like, a military presence, but more "steet" characters and cyborg stuff dunno hehe.

Hey Alex, how long have you been doing Traditional art? Also, are you self taught? Great stuff by the way

Thanks Torch - been doing traditional about the same amount of time as digital, around 3yrs.

Starting a new regime of 1h of quickies and 1h of imagination, no ref open allowed! Concentrating on environments at the moment for some personal projects.

Photo studies, bottom one from imagination.

Sargent watercolour studies, bottom 2 from imagination.
