First of all, you got some pretty nice work going on. It shows you clearly can model and texture! The music though is not good. You should have something flashy, the music is very boring and doesn't really spruce-up.

Chunky fairy update

I am not very happy with the way this has turned out. I still need to up my rendering skills, and as this was the first character i have textured there is clearly alot I can still learn.

Spider Mech

I created this for a University project. I learnt alot about hard surface texturing techniques whilst creating it. and think it has turned out well for a 3000 tri prop.

Nice creature, it looks like it would fit in a Half Life environment

Your character looks like it needs a bit more color variation and texture though.
This link (http://www.leighvanderbyl.com/pdf/texturing.pdf) is a article on texturing from an industry texture artist which has a chapter on human skin. It has some good tips and you can probably get something out of that. Good luck!

My Happy Deck Chair

I have so much love for this very ordinary deckchair it was created at a very stressfull time on a project so when i created this it was my "happy place". I sculpted the umbrella and ended up not having a normal map in the game for it. However i'v found it better to have and not need it than not have it and need it.

The bottom image is a town that I built in unreal not all of the assets are mine however all of the placement / lighting was done by me.

Subverse beast

I am not a huge fan of creating beast or unreal creatures or aliens as it is always easy to settle for things not being quite right. However I was asked to create this for a project and thought that it would help develop my sculpting and organic moddeling skills. I tryed to base the muscle struct on a greyhound on steriods and was reasonably happy with how the sculpt turned out. I also found it to be a enjoyable experience working from somebody elses concept, however i think my downfall on this was not having enough real world reference for areas like the claws.

These concepts are NOT MY WORK they were done by a talented artist called Kate

I am still in need of alot of organic training. Although I really enojoyed creating this. I am aware that the texture is not the best. I intend on spending a significant amount of time on just learning better texturing techniques.

Webcam times

did this little one while on a webcam to a good friend. Its a little rough and the shading isn't smooth enough for her skin. Having said this I am a big fan of loose drawings. As a side note photobuckets compression has made the image a few tones darker so some areas are a little darker than the original. if anybody knows a good place to upload images too please let me know

z brush practice

used my old base mesh and had a bit of a practice with sculpting the character. I know it's a little juvenile doing a skinny girl with very little clothes but as thats 99% of females in games I may as well get get used to sculpting them. the shoes and socks are very much a WIP

I'm not sure if i will end up texturing this but i will leave it on the backburner and wait and see.
