Swag's will to power Sketchbook

I figured that I might as well start one of these, especially for stuff that doesn't get finished or just for concepts.

Doing some buildings for an RTS for some local students called 'Sketch'. No textures yet, these are just concept models:

Also trying to work on a futuristic 'clean' modular environment:

Yes it is the Battersea power station (albeit slightly modified). I was told to model a power station after the cover of Animals by Pink Floyd, for the project that I am working on (we aren't selling the game anyway).

Yeah hopefully I will start to texture it soon, we are just not sure about the style that we want. As for the sci-fi hallway, I am going high-rez work right now, so after that it's onto texturing (low poly is done for the most part).

Ok got some sections done (I'm really going for a modular design here). Working on the highpoly stuff before texturing.

liking the detail on the high poly wall panels/door - I'll be back to see it when it's textured

Thanks for your comments guys, appreciated.

turtlepaste: Basically I make a base mesh (just a wall in this case) and create separate 'floating' geometry sections for the panels. It's all done for the normal map anyway, so the model doesn't have to be one clean piece (which would be virtually impossible here). I also used a greeble pack that I made myself a while back for certain sections, some I make on the spot though. Hope that helps.

Quisuke: Just to clarify, they are both wall sections, no doors. It will be more obvious when it's all put together. And it will be a while before I get to texturing I'm afraid as there are still more sections to model (and I work full time, sadly not on this stuff).
