The buildings in the last update look very impressive. Did you make those yourself from scratch? If so can we maybe see some individual wireframe shots of them?

Inspirational stuff, wish I had this much time to work on my projects.

hey guys back with a little texture update. I blocked out the base texture and will be going back and i'll be making many refinements.










update on my bombay set. this is basically what i'm going for. I still need to work on the taxi and i'll be done !!!

Enjoying seeing this Mumbai scene! I really like the update and the direction it's going.
As for critique: Your texture on the side of the sidewalk at the bottom right of the image is really low res and really stands out against the telephone post (which looks excellent by the way - if you just took a render of that it would be awesome ).
I still feel the taxi takes up too much screen real estate but I think the more it's textured the better it will be.
And there is also a pretty confusing tangent happening up in the top-rightish portion of the image where the wire passes the green and red sign - I don't know, looking at it now it looks fine but at first I was wondering if there was some weird shadow being cast - Maybe it's just me.

Otherwise, everything is coming along really well. Hope to see this finished.

Thanks man. I totally agree with you, the sidewalk bottom has some major problems. The taxi still needs alot of work done on it. I still need to texture the whole thing and make tweaks to the body. sorry, i dont the the wire problem :S

hey guys back with a big update. I've textured most of all the diffuse textures and did some spec for a few props. I still have to go back and refine all of them. I've made a much of notes that you can see what i'll be fixing up. I hope to finish this set by the end of the week !

The light design looks interesting.. well, that orange could shoot a bit higher than that, I think.
