IMO it does look good. Just that it's different from that in the movie capture you've posted. If a surface is too slippery, rain water will look as it's in the movie capture .... your spec map is making it look like it's crispy .... not sure how to explain that in words. But I still think you got it.

Did you create the rain shader? (Or is it from the engine?) I have never really used the crysis engine, i have had a good look around once or twice, but never had the time to really dive in.

The rain is a material parameter, yes!

Another small update:

im just lovin these updates guys. but i think it would help if the contrast wasn't to too strong in some areas, i think there are several areas where you can just stick some type of fog light or something(a futuristic one i guess )

The scale of that yellow bot is really putting me off. Is it really that big ?

Thefirston, I didn't messed with the scene lighting again. there's no point untill we have our lights in place! thanks for the feedback anyways!

Well Xoliul, now that you mentioned you're absolutely right.
Comparing the screenshot I posted yesterday, with this pic from the movie, i should definitely make it at least 30% smaller!

Seeing the reference image, I think the blue plane could benefit from a nice normalmap to get all those wrinkles. Looks kind of blank right now.
But overall I think you guys are really nailing the mood of the movie

Another update, Lee has finished the North Lock building!
And I guess I never shown the yellow utility car, so here it goes!
