![]() It's some nice work you got on there, nothing really struck me as "this got to be improved".. though a few tips would prolly be to put your 3D Artwork on the index-page, if a game-artist now is what you want to be. Then keep all the links on the same place through every page so that one can easily browse between them. That ought to do the trick ![]() Cheers!

Hey man, welcome to GA
![]() The site itself is a little clumsy looking, but the content is really good. What I'd like to see are larger images for your 3D pieces - some are a bit small, especially the tank - and slightly better organisation and presentation (give each piece a header and description, ensure you display all the relevant info for all of your pieces). As for the site design, some brighter text would be nice and I think you'd do well to choose one font and one style for all of your buttons and your title image. That will help the entire site feel more coherent and bind it together. Currently there's about 5 font faces on your front page and that leads to thigns looking jumbled. If you look at your Resume and Contact pages you can see that it's much nicer organised and clearly labeled - aim for that in your portfolio pages. Ditch the hit counter - there's no real need and it looks out of place and messy. If you're curious about your hitrates, etc... I'd advise looking at Google Analytics, a very comprehensive and free service by Google that's invisible on your pages, all the results are viewed by you on your analytics page; Google Analytics You could improve navigation by providing links to your separate portfolio categories in each of the others. This helps and encourages people to look through more of your work and that's essentially the main goal of your portfolio site; to encourage people view as much of your work as possible by making it as easy as possible for them to do so. And then pick which area you most want to show off and make that the first page people see - forcing your favourite work at them before they've decided whether they want to saty on your site or not ![]() It might be wise to stick your either/all your name, email and website address somewhere on each image in your portfolio - you never know where individual images end up ![]() But really they're all crits to the cohesiveness of the site - it's always nicer to browse a site that fits together - the content of the site is really nice, no crits there. |

Yes, some people say they get trouble, and i am kinda noticing a pattern, it seems that people who have seen my old page before tends to get trouble, try to update it. It works fine for me and lots of others, so i don't really know what is wrong.

@Armanguy: Yes that is true, I just wanted feedback on the structure on the site itself. I will fill it with more stuff as fast as time allowes it. And how did you know i was in to environments?
Acctually i just bought UT3 and i am trying to find good tutorials to on how to export in to it. I want to create a envrionment with the UT3 engine, but not for the game it self, because UT kind games is not really my cup of tea if you know what i mean :P |
