My portfolio so far...

hey guys please check out my portfolio, i'd say all the work needs more pimpage and finish, but being a university student i havent got round to doing more portfolio specific work, at the moment i'm busy working on pointless university work that will probably not benefit me

but heres my portfolio so far.

The flash buttons are annoying ( the sound ) and the frame in the middle of the gallery is very restrictive.

There's sound? I'm of the opinion that the number 1 rule of a web page (other than anything spotlighting the music) is to have NO MUSIC.
So, I'd take that out asap.

Also, I'd suggest using CSS to align the divs to the center of the screen at all times. I'm using a window atm, and it's all off to the right. the bg is cool and all, but it's not your folio; its a background!

To be honest, I'd scrap flash entirely unless its in a small section of the site. You're not doing anything that can't be done with CSS and java, and that's much more browser/ user friendly.

I like the featured work idea though!

I'd honestly be a little more minimalistic with the site design, so get rid of the body with the exaggerated drop shadows. If you don't mind me saying I think your 3d work is better then your web graphic work, so you should try and make sure your 3d work gets highlighted as much as possible.
