Depending in what area you're looking for a job, i'd try to ad more work though.

On the homepage I would make the little button going to your Demo Reel a bit more readible. I would actually replace the homepage with your 3d gallery page so your work is right there straight away. I'm having problems with your gallery viewer. Its loading and instead of the image being shown in the script its going direct to the file in the browser. Viewing this in Safari ( It's fine in Firefox though ).
Some information to go with your images would be good too.
Nice site design though.
