I don't hate on bad thumbnails, you hate on your own work by using them.

http://www.game-artist.net/forums/showthread.php?t=415

"Vague thumbnails - A thumbnail exists to offer a relevant preview of a larger image. Yet I see thumbnails of random parts of a model that give me no indication of what I’m about to see. If I’m looking for medieval characters, how does a grainy thumbnail of the bottom of his foot help me find it?"

Honestly, l can't make out anything from your thumbnails, and I know what they are supposed to be.

All things aside, you really need more final work here. You've got a couple mods going, don't you have more finished pieces you can use?

Did you sign a non-disclosure agreement for them? If not you should put them in. A portfolio is a personal site for you to present yourself to a potential employer. They are for a MOD, and this is your Portfolio. Your portfolio is for getting a job so take it seriously. Honestly, I know you're new at this, but we're talking about your livelihood.

Spelling errors are minor things, but they can make a big difference on the impressions of people reading your site.

This site is lightly broken. Check your titles, they are very random from page to page. The JR page links at the bottom go to the same page or no where, no need for them at all.

As far as your portfolio goes, there is no reason to split up your person and JR content. The site seems more like a JR mod site instead of a portfolio because of this, and because it reads more like a post mortem than a portfolio.

Who textured the indoor props? You worded it as thought you only model/UV'ed them. Credit the texture artist if you didn't texture them.

LOD models image is too small.

Why is this raptor model in here talking about seams? Did you make it or are you just showing off the fact that you reduced the seams a bit? I can still see the seam at the tail. So if you didn't actually make this dino it shouldn't be in your portfolio, and because you didn't really fix the seams, it shouldn't be in your portfolio.

Overall, you're biggest problem is you don't listen. You've been posting this stuff in forums for a while, and have never used any of the feedback. All your work is the original images you posted for feedback, completely unmodified. This tells me and everyone else that you don't want feedback or care that people are trying to help. So this is the last time I'm replying to any of your posts until you show some sign of improvement.
