I think you should host on a different website or play with the setting here. To find your work I shouldn't have to click a small link up at the top of the page. Thumbnails on your main page would be better, much more accessible. Alternatively you could just link directly to the concept/3D pages. when I click a portfolio link I expect to see art right away without having to look for it.

As for the artwork itself, it's very good. You have a lovely style. But I'd say you need some work on composition. It's not terrible, but you leave a lot of necessary space empty that really doesn't guide the eye as well as it could.
