Hi there!
And welcome to Game-Artist! Well, I got some critics for your portfolio. First, there's TOOO much stuffs on your portfolio! A portfolio should be simple and clean, focus on what's most important : the content itself, not the container (web site). The web site itself is pretty but it's overloaded. - Take away the "Links" and "Blog" section, recruiters won't look at it and it will be distracting for them (they don't care about, they just want to see what YOU can do). - Take away the 4 sections on the bottom (3DPrinting Links | Turntables | Tutorials | Contact ), but keep "Contact". This section should be on your "About" section, when you talk more about yourself and how people can reach you after. - If you want people to reach you through social networks, you should put theses icons on your "About" section, not on every page of your portfolio, it's really distracting. - Take away the "Lastest work" feature at the bottom, recruiters will go to the gallery section anyways. Here's some good examples of straight-forward portfolio: - Ilya Nedyal Portfolio - simonfuchs.net - Portfolio of Simon Fuchs - Vincent Mayeur - Portfolio - 3D Artist - 3D Artist Portfolio | Professional Work - Kolby Jukes Character Artist Portfolio - Alessando Baldasseroni - Alec Moody Portfolio Good luck! ![]() |
