not really one to talk mate as im in ur boat, but ive been told a few times to have no unfinished work on ur site unless its in a wip section n even then its questionable.

With your completed models, it might be worth putting them into something a bit more interesting and dynamic than the standard T pose. Even if just for the first shot, it just hits the viewer a lot harder.

T-pose are boring to look at. Try to make a position for each of your model. They standing are what gives they personality.

Cheers for the comments guys, looks like I got some learning to do. I'll learn how to rig in maya quickly then learn 3Ds Max when I got some spare time and then can use that to quickly rig using the Bi-ped. As for the not having WIP, I've been told that is fine to have WIP on the site. It's clearly labelled and shows people what your working on.
