Chris Cantu - 3D Artist
DaliBlue - A portfolio site for Chris Cantu
Just revamped my portfolio site and looking to get feedback on its presentation and content. Any critiques or comments would be appreciated. |

I would suggest you to remove the characters, not because they are bad, but it's because you want to sell yourself as an environment artist and the characters won't help you to show off that skill. I would also re-align the thumbnails, they looks "floating in the air", just to be more organized.

My advice would be to standardise the font you use throughout and the left nav bar to have the same size for each label.
I'd insert a link in your email address as you want people to be able to contact you easily. Try experimenting with different but neutral background colours as I find black abit harsh. Personally I like having each page almost identical in layout except the content of course. Instead of having different sized images at different spacing. Also I'd be inclined to agree, remove the characters - not because they are bad, just as you want sell yourself as an expert in 1 area not jack-of-all But keep the 2d sketches - nice to see this type of stuff I think. Then just a case of polishing the presentation of your existing work
