Thanks for all your feedback.
I created a simple Portfolio site as sugested. Mikael Wahlberg - Portfolio I did a little work and created and youtube version instead, sadly youtube has a bit lower video quality then vimeo but I dont have a vimeo pro account for embedding HD. I removed the comentary and added some piano music. The video is still to long, but now you can click some other page instead if you get bored. It still holds some value. Cut out any parts of your reel that are using a fraps trial or replace them with unmarked screencaps. I'd suggest cutting the prototype castle thing as well as the environment itself is incomplete. If you're wanting to show the castle assets, then do proper renders and then perhaps a quick show showing it's in an engine. As it is now, you give the viewer too much time to look at very little. Your cuts and shots are also very rough and unordered. You often show the same thing multiple times with no real reason as to why. Also, the framerate on much of what you're showing isn't that high so there's a good amount of stutter. Take some time to plot out what you want to show and find a clean way to present it instead of mashing a bunch of rough clips in.
