This is a case where more is not better. I suggest removing everything that is not a completed piece. For instance, http://marin3dbg.pochta.ru/1c.jpg does not have a diffuse coloring it along with several other pieces. You have plenty of pieces that do, so including something that is relatively incomplete isn't making you look any better.

Man, these are examples of my skills for high-poly modeling, and how the look of low-poly with NORMAL MAP . I do not want to set only Perfect pictures and things that show my creative process in a 3d program, game editor, the game engine ... I hope you understand me

Yes, I understand but games typically have textures on their characters. How the various maps (diffuse, normal, specular, etc) are put together decide the worth of a game artist. You wont be hired if you can make amazing models but are unable to make good looking textures.

I would have to disagree with Zeph, I think render has got a very sound argument.

And that is not true that you will not be hired if you do awesome characters and don't do textures, besides which he has proven he can do textures, so that point is irrelevant.

Some small companies might be looking for a jack of all trades kind of employee that can do both. But there definitely is a nitch for exceptional character artists. Some companies post for specifically just that. Granted they like to see that you are experienced with other areas of game art, and doing textures shows you understand uv's and unwrapping, etc which is beneficial to a modeler. But definitely not a deal breaker I wouldn't say.

Maybe a more constructive critique would be to section your work off. That way when people view your portfolio, they will know what you are trying to communicate in each section. That might help showcase what talents you are trying to show off.

Hope this is helpful render. I am surprised you put entry level artist. Your work shows off a lot of profiency and talent. Keep it up, you are inspiring to fellow artists.

Thanks!
