Not sure if its been mentioned but..

"Note: old work does not represent my current ability."

Well then why is it up there?
I belive that the content you have in your folio should represent what your capable of in terms of raw talent and how well you handle various art styles. It should show what your capable of doing and if you only got old things that doesnt show where you are today then ditch it from your portfolio and make new stuff.
Im not saying you should only put up the newest of the new, you need to show how broad your style is - but when a disclaimer is put under the images you're trying to sell to me as the viewer.. well, you get my drift.
Just to be clear though, im in no way saying that i think your old work is terrible, i just reacted to the whole disclaimer part.

As far as the site goes its nice and simple but i feel that the black is way too overpowering and that the mirrored effect on the text is a bit much since its everywhere. While a folio should be easy to navigate and plesant on the eyes i feel that you could dare to be a bit more experimental and creative in your presentation. Maybe by adding some dashes of colour here and there somehow.

Including pictures on a resume is usually a no-no from what ive heard. Ive heard storys of companys (in the cg biz) that throw applications in the bin just for things like that. Take everything i say with a grain of salt though, im not a recruiter.
Excuse the way this post is written, ive been up all night fighting with mental ray for an animation so im a bit weird in the head right now

Hope what i wrote might be helpfull in some way, good luck with your search for a job

Resume looks pretty good.

I'd maybe change Mod work to Mod Experience or Relevant Experience. Just to make it a bit more obvious what section it's replacing (i.e. it's in the place of any proper industry/job experience).

Also, I'd remove the bit at the bottom about cover letters. Cover letters should technically be doctored/altered off a kind of template to be better aimed at the company you're applying to, rather than just using one generic letter for every company. While it's barely important when you're sending them, it's probably not a good idea to advertise that you take the slightly more lazy approach to it :P

Adding your recent education and results might be helpful, too.

I'd check the capitalisation of some words, there's a few caps where there shouldn't be and vice versa (3D Studios max => 3D Studio Max, pencil In my hand => pencil in my hand, Mod work => Mod Work, In the game => in the game, etc...). The better your spelling and grammar, the more professional you'll come across. I'm admittedly a bit picky about that kind of stuff and it's not imperative to having a gleaming resume but if I can notice it so can a recruiter who's reading it :P

Looking good.

I don't see why your index page isn't your portfolio page? There's no real need for the user to click on the Jurrasic Rage Assets button to get to the full gallery (at present, that is. I guess you may be adding stuff in the future under different sections).
