Updating Portfolio

I'm currently updating my portfolio and I just finished the 1st page. I'm using javascript to show case my gallery so please tell me if it's working and if there is any lag. also if you want comment on the design, I tried my best to make my site as simple as possible. only the 1st page has content but the links should be working.

Please give as much feedback as possible.
I know my game art is not going to get me a job yet but I think it's better to have something then nothing.

3d work, 2d work, and resume links should be working and have content.

Java script works fine for me. Your artwork shows up fast and your site is easy to navigate. as for links, you could add your friends sites, forums that you frequent or some general sites you find useful.

One other little suggestion, you could move the thumbnails inside of your main area, it feels kind of odd having them balanced in between the background and the foreground. Know what I mean?

I'm not quite sure what you mean. should I move the thumbnails closer to the main image? or have them both in the same area? I put the gallery on a z-index and just kept the background image.

the way you changed it, is what i was suggesting. The thumbnails are on the inside of your left margin, as opposed to in the middle of it.

Looks good.

I'm viewing it on Google Chrome and the images aren't loading for me. I see the thumbnails, but when I click on one it shows a "broken" icon, like it can't load it. Is anyone else using Chrome having this issue?
