Name of Asset: Simple Box Crate
Description of Asset: A very simple wooden box. We already have a couple od modellers on the team, This is more a way of seeing what you people are like (no offence). Im very interested mainly in how it is textured, We are a new team created for the Make Something Unreal Contest and from last night now have at least 1 person in each section of the development. It is really hard to find good 3d artist for a project. So I do think this forum is great.

The crate should "appear" painted, As this is a RPG we have decided not to go the photo sourcing direction and go for simple and effective painting. That said we are struggling to find a style we like. This crate will be a style setter, So after this is done off we go and work really starts.

As this is for the unreal engine we would like a normal map (dont mind if its from a high poly model or from the painted texture using nvidias plugin.)

Tri-Count: No more then 400

Texture Size: 512x512 unless you think its not looking good enough
Texture Maps: Diffuse, Specular and Normal
Special Requirements: Painted texture (or the look of it being painted.)
