Competition #15 - Fleistad

I did some brainstorming last night and landed on a decision to make something grungy and creepy. After browsing around on opcity.us and various other urbex websites for ideas, I finally settled on the idea to make an old abandoned morgue, preferably in a 60’s art style.

Although places like this aren't in any way dangerous or harmful to you, they are still very creepy locations; since they serve as a grim reminder to us all that our days are numbered.
An uncomfortable truth that we would rather forget all about.

I started working on the main centrepiece last night; an old autopsy table.
The modelling and texturing is pretty much done, although I'm still planning on adding some more details to it, details such as some more stains and possibly some old post mortem surgical equipment.

Not?! Jeez man, havn't you played Bioshock?

Anyway, it's looking neat mate, what texture resolution does this bench/thingy have?
(It sure doesn't look very comfortable btw, but guess they won't be complaining atleast)

Also, what more props have thought of including in this scene?

Cheers!

The table uses a 1024x1024 sheet. I figured I could spend that much on it seeing as how it is the centrepiece.
As for other props, well, right now I'm planning to add some wall mounted tables and sinks, some window frames (with nailed shut and boarded up windows, of course) and possibly some fridge doors, not the kind you would get your food from though, unless your name is Hannibal Lector. :P

Here are some floor tiles I'm in the process of finishing up:

Well, I used CB to make the normals, however, I split the texture up in 3 parts (Shape, edges and bump) and generated the normals for each part, then I combined them in photoshop.
I rarely run my textures through CB in a single pass.
