Hi,
My names Celeste, I'm a Games Industry recruiter from Oz (Australia to those who aren't initiated!). I began my job in Technical Recruiting, but managed to expand it to include Games and Post. Now I do almost entirely Games and Post Production hiring. Obviously I have a keen interest in our Australian games industry to keep this up (there's a lot more money in hiring IT staff, and its easier, too, but life ain't always about the $), not to mention fast-talking the boss into letting me develop the games desk.
I find I really get on with games people and have made a lot of friends in the industry here. In Oz, games is a tough industry for people to get into, or for studios to find the right people for their jobs. I personally find it very satisfying to match up the right people with the right companies!
