Climax truly is an exciting, creative and fun place to work and we currently have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and talented Lead Designer.

Our ideal candidate will require:
• Extensive experience of working as a Lead Designer on at least one released console title from concept to release.
• Excellent communication skills within the design and other departments.
• Responsible for the game vision
• Strong leadership qualities to lead and support your design team.
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Extensive experience of using Maya and Unreal Ed.
