2D artist need for android games

But were looking to make 2 this month with on planned for the next month.

Target aim:
This is a Android game going on the various android markets.

Java, C, Andengine Gaming Framework

Talent needed:



-2D Sprites Artist: Will be responsible for creating sprite sheets for players, enemies

-2D Background Artist: The 2D background artist will
be responsible of designing and creating backgrounds/landscapes
elements such buildings and bridges. He will also need to animate
some of those elements.

-Artwork Artist: The artwork artist will be responsible
of creating artworks to be used on the intro/outro as well as
designing GUI's.

-Music composor: The composer will be responsible of
creating MP3 music tracks,SFX's and few voices. What we
preferably need are some good rock tracks, but any other
energetic tracks are also welcomed.

What we are looking for are some talented and highly skilled
individuals who can accomplish their tasks as expected.


Brief description:
Usually I would want to get a app out every two weeks, but i think i month would be enough i work extremely quickly. I am the game programmer on the team my other partner only does apps so if you want anything you should talk to me about it . We are planning 3 games a fight i.e. moral kombat, a peggal like game, and a rpg(which may take longer).

Compensation:
There will be a discussable payment after the project or profit sharing
Each individual talent will get +10% of the games potential revenue.
At most we are looking for 4 people, but if we don't get that many with the level of skill we want we will take less you percentage is the amount people involved out of 40% for each game.
They will be also credited in this awesome game.
Plus i have a deal with the maker of the game engine i use he is the owner of the largest android forum and guaranteed me free promotion when making games with his engine which is the best game engine for android out right now.
