Character Animator Needed for Slot Machine Game

Greetings!

My name is Justin and I am trying to develop three short , animated sequences for a slot machine game project, in the style of Don Bluth's animations. I have character designs and storyboards, but I lack the skills needed to model, rig, and animate. I am not particular if the sequences are in 2D or 3D, however. Since this project is totally start up, I have no money to pay, but am willing to discuss partnerships should the demo be completed.
