2D game artist wanted

I am looking for a professional artist to create various assets for a top-down scroller game.

Although 2D, it should not get a retro style pixel look, but max out capabilities of today when it comes to colors, shades, light, transparency, etc.
Some maybe tricky animations are included as well.

Fixed price payment for dedicated asset packages. Invoice document(s) required.

A detailed asset document is available on request.
I am looking for professional, experienced and reliable people with a portfolio showing similiar work.
