3d effect artist for action RPG [Paid]

I am looking for a 3d artist that can do 3d models for spell effects for an action RPG game named Legends of Descent. LoD is currently the #1 action rpg on the windows phone 7 platform. To start the effects that I need are for a firebolt, lightning bolt, ice bolt, and fire ball. However, if those go well then I will likely want several more as I think them up since the game is still in development.

Each effect will need to be modelled and textured and then rendered into a sprite sheet because the game engine that we use is 2d. The render will need to be 4-8 frames depending on what the animation does. I am looking to pay ~$30 for each effect, but that is negotiable depending on your past expirience.
