too be honest the last DW was a bit better than this one... Only 2 polycounters under the top 20 and my favorite by kartzeimsack is not even one of them :<.

I was pretty disappointed with this one too. Not really sure what I was expecting though... so it's just me

Almost all entries were awesome.

there are tons of great entries the problem is they display them like crap. the top 50 are all pretty kickass but they need thumbnails. Who wants to click through everyones name. People put so much work into this competition the least they could do is properly display their work.

One of the chaps down at the game creator forums, made a really sweet model im surprised it wasnt featured in the top 60...

Its better than some of the ones in the top 10 in my opinion

Yea, if i'm honest, then i must agree that winner of last year had a stronger concept and finished piece than this year. However, i do believe that this years winner made the best piece. Things aren't always as easy as they appear when it comes to judging and picking the best piece, especially with this amount of submissions. The character svothe posted does look great, i wonder what happened there...

@snipergen: Yea, definitly. If there's time...

the rules for this years war broke alot of entries. Tiny things being left out got you disqualified before judging even started.
