Maya personal learning edition help plz

Hi, I was trying to download Maya 8.5 (personal learning edition) and every time I click on the link to download I get redirected to a faq page. I allowed cookies for the site and I don't have a firewall to stop it. Any suggestions on what I should do?

I filled everything out it's just that after that, when the download link appears, when I click on it, it redirects me to a faq page about cookies explaining I need to turn them on to access the download (which I did). It's ok though I just downloaded blender to start off with : )
