famous 3d artist?
Hi all,
I have been asked by my college to look into an artist or designer of my choice and write a little bit about them, I was wondering if anybody knew of any famous ( or well known) 3d artist thanks -chris- |

Ya, it's tough to find someone that will count as a famous artist in this day and age, especially in our medium. Just take someone's work you like or browse a CG site for a more well-known artist, and ask if they'll do. Or, take you favorite game and ask if you can do the studio. If it's something like writing a paper on them and analizying their work you could just mod it up a bit to fit the studio.

Jeff Unay has some fun work. He's worked at quite a few Major Studios, was a modeler for Peter Jackson's King Kong. But Fausto de martini is a good choice too

Ben Mathis is a pretty good artist, check out his website Ben Mathis - Freelance Artist hes worked on several video game titles
