Is there descent character tutorial out there?

I got really pissed these days, because of lack to find descent tutorial for creating character for films and games, especially sinematics trailers for games. All i find and it's on internet:

1. Not really good tutorials for character, lack of explain details.
2. Fast tutorials, can't see what he is doing, and have English accent that it's hard to understand, plus 10 time fast tutorial, waste of time.
3. Skipping parts between video, no idea, what's he changed, waste of time.
4.Short videos + skipping parts and fast videos, epic fail.

This is all i found on internet. Because i am self taught, i really need something to see, how it's made, what tools has been used. The whole process of creating character, modeling, texturing to animation etc.

Please guys, i badly something more in depth explanation of creating characters.

I just want to have only 1 tutorial for this, where i can see everything. So i don't need to surf on the internet and finding useless tutorial, with useless payment. I would like to pay, if the tutorial is very good.

Even i am ready for private classes, to see how game/vfx professional are creating characters and creatures.
