Hosting anyone?!?

hey all,

i think many of you knew and used my tutorial website [st.burst.cc] and noticed that it's gone down. i'm sick of burst.cc hosting and so i need some webspace somewhere to upload it again.

if you have something to offer or any idea where i can get good hosting, then drop a line!

I use GoDaddy and have never had any problems. Very reliable and easy to work with.

Well, I'd offer you free hosting at my site thinksquare.org, but right now my host (a friend of mine) went on vacation and the f'ing httpd server crashed... So I'm waiting for him to come back.

I used to use www.nearlyfreespeech.net and it's pretty good, but you have to pay. It is very cheap, however, for a site like that that probably goes through a lot of bandwidth it might not be so good on your bank balance.

You should ask CDG, mapcore, interlopers or something and see if they'll host it. I figure those are the communities that use your tuts the most.

I use SiteGround (www.siteground.com), had no problems yet, I don't mind hosting the site, I can give you FTP access etc and a sub-domain which will haveto be something like blabla.aaronclifford.net if you can put up with that, if not, siteground is pretty cheap, I think I payed around £40 for a year of hosting.

thx guys, i already found a good host. the site will be up again soon
