![]() Contacting a mod team and have them pick a winner could work however... Do keep the suggestions coming, some really good ones here already! |

yeah that was the problem urgaffel, i think it would be too much hassle for a company to do and by the time the asset has been complete someone at the company could have just done one in a much shorter time as they are on site etc. But yeah was a suggestion!

I think the cockpit of a Mechanized unit would be fun to do, joysticks, keyboards, monitors, wires, interiors, etc. It may be a bit difficult to pull off in an hour, but a week, it could be possible.
Game consoles are fun too, not one's that are currently on the market, but a fictional one would be interesting to see what people can come up with. Vending machines are always interesting; loaded with different and fun stuff! (crabs, lol) |

Any chance of bringing back Game-Artist.net Mini Competition? I think we can get more people on board with a full-on mini comp (modeling, texuring, and lighting). No need for any fancy prizes. Just a thought...

Howabout this:
Option 1: Design an environment prop with a secret passage Step 1: Concept sketch or rough design Step 2: Model & texture exterior object Step 3: Show opened secret passage & model hidden area within examples: - Stone fireplace with torches that opens up to reveal an undeground passage - Tree stump that opens to reveal a sci-fi hallway - a door in a back alley that opens to reveal a snowy scene with a fence dissapearing into the fog Option 2: Build a surreal scene that combines 2 totally unique environments examples: - hotel room hallway combined with a back alley (carpet blends to concrete) - natural rock cliff that blends to a brick building with windows - grassy hill that blends into a curling wave |

I think it would be cool to have a theme spanning over multiple Competitions, for example we have a fence now and we could create something that is fenced by that fence...
fence fence fence fence fence... Or start a new theme...like a cemetery...the first competition is about a couple of different graves, the next about a crypt or two, the next about a statue or other decorations...a next one could be about creepy vegetation...at the end we could arrange everything and have a complete scene... |
