I have to say that was not the problem. When I baked out of max I checked the box to make the channel go 'up' instead of down (I believe I got this from kaskad's tut on cgtutsplus). This is the equivalent of Xol's flip green box in his shader. I think I am gonna walk away from max's bake and go towards using xnormal exclusively.
Some of the map was lighting correctly some of it wasn't. I don't have time at the moment to investigate but may have to in the future. Last edited by Chaosquack; 24-09-2009 at 02:00 PM. |

Small update on the diffuse and spec. I still have a bit of work to do on it. Mostly have the larger grunge in, now I need to get in there with some small brushes and get the detail going. Gonna add a tiny bit more color.
