Gamc #2 - gavinneil

Hello everyone,

It's my first time on here so I thought I’d share my progress with you all so far. I really like the mini challenges on this forum, which is what made me take part; unfortunately i missed the first competition but thought I’d have a go at the second!

So far I have just finished the high res sculpt, so will need to bake all the info onto the low res model and then figure out what am doing for the textures. Am away tomorrow but should be back in time on Sunday to finish and post my entry.

I am impressed with what I’ve seen from everyone here, keep up the good work!

See you Sunday!

High rez looks pretty sweet, Low rez has a nice silhouette, but it could use some serious optimization on the sides and front of the frame, and I'm looking forward to seeing the textures

That seat cushion is all sorts of wrong. Would anyone actually sit on that thing?

Theres been quite afew people who'd made the cushion slope forward. Chairs don't tend to do that. so my only crit would be adjusting the angle.

i do like the hatched sketchy look of the chair!
