GAMC #2 - Kasatik

Hello people !!!
As most off us i want to win one day something big ( Dominance War for example ) but with low skills can't even to finish something big. So we need to practice with mini competition a lot Thanks to game-artist.net for that and lets work !!!
Here start base mesh for zbrush. Nothing cool just box with turbosmooth

Ah a new member like me
And indeed I'm no match for DW yet, so these little contests are a great way to learn

Anyway, good start on the base mesh, good luck in zbrush.

Nice bake! It does have some sort of smoothing error in the lower part. It could be caused by a poly with more then 4 sides or the normal having an artifact.

Ok here is low poly with texture. Later will adjust specular and if find how to make glossy correct will do it too

i would lower the leather definition size, for me, it looks way to rough

It was going great, but the texture isn't that great.

I can tell where you used the burn tool too much on those folds where the buttons meet, giving the texture a rather odd contrast.

Also, are you using a detail map? If so, make it smaller, it looks way too big making the chair look like a 20cm^2 chair!
