Baking tileable textures from highpoly isn't that difficult.
The one thing I would have liked to see is some angled tiles on any of the edges - I would imagine it makes the tiling much more obvious with a straight "frame" around the jumble in the middle. |

Two suggestions:
1) Add a rough stone detail layer with low opacity and set to "overlay" in your normal map PSD file to break up the smooth, soft edges of the brick. 2) Re-arrange the bricks a bit so that some are touching and some are not. Right now, they look like they were perfectly spaced apart from each other. Other than that, great work! |
