Lovely work, nice to see this finished!
A couple of things i noticed:

Your textures are very detailed and rich in contrast which makes everything a little bit too busy and noisy. Because of this it's hard to notice all the nice little details.
Especially for the metal it really helps to have a more subtle diffuse map and most of the detail coming from the spec/gloss.
Also the ao in the textures seems to be very dark, you shouldn't have nearly complete black in it. Leave some room for the normal map and lighting to darken and lighten the asset.
The edges on your highpoly could be a bit more soft so that the edges can catch more light which helps to bring out the details more. The feet for example are looking very hard and "blocky".
It would be really nice to have the eye more accentuated with a glow for example. I didn't really notice it until i saw the concept.
To sell the metal better it would help a lot to have a little bit of a reflection/cubemap on it.
The wireframe seems to be rather excessive in terms of trangle count, or is this the highpoly?
Other than that I really like the posing, I'm looking forward to seeing more stuff from you in the future!
