Scrapyard Garage

Hey all, I think I'm going to call this one done for now. Any feedback and comments would be great.

Looks good! Getting old poster and sign residue to look right on concrete is a pain, but you nailed it!

Some minor touch-ups like adding a door jam, so it doesn't go from wall straight to door would be nice. Plus, the tire marks look REALLY wide, like tractor or monster truck tires. Simple fixes

Great work so far, and keep it up

Hehe Yeah, I probably shouldn't offer C&C in the "finished work" section.

I was in the zone

Again, great work!

nice little scene.

Major thing that is letting it down though is everything being quite blend and non-defined. It is hard to see some details and what they actually are. For example roof edge and metal rubble textures r a bit messy. It is hard to say what the roof top edge is actually made of and what its structure. Big huge metal box in the middle of yard is quite unidentifiable.
Also most of textures have too much white in them which causes the impression that everything is "unsure". Drain pipe looks like it has reflection on it which does not fit into the scrapyard setting.

Also the background is lacking depth. A fog would be good. Huge industrial pipes tightly surrounded by trees look off as well since if that would be some factory it would have some tree-free spot around it

Grass texture could be better fitting the ground texture in order to blend and integrate with it more. Right now it is easy to see grass planes. More of those planes would be also good, because such grass quantity can be done even on hand-held. For PC u could go for more density

anyways, good job on finishing it
