Interesting architecture.
But it has big issues with bump/spec... The slimy/shiny shader is soo strong that i cant even see whats going on except for the general silhouete. Overscaled normal map and too strong spec ruin the rest of textures imo. Makes it feel like "Plastic wrap" filter from Photoshop :P Sometimes it even looks snowy or something. The fill light is almost absent which makes it hard to see things that r not affected by direct light. Texel dednsity inconsistency is present as well. A good idea would be to post wireframes and texturers as well.
